User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old; one person or entity may maintain one account

Acceptable Use

• Do not create illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• No explicit sexual material involving minors
• No deepfakes of real people without consent
• Do not reverse engineer or bypass our AI models
• No harassment, abuse, malware distribution, or hacking

Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you create
• You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute public content
• You represent you have rights to any input content provided
• We own the Anivva platform and AI technology
• We may remove content that violates these terms

Payment and Subscriptions

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis and are generally non-refundable
• We may change prices with notice; subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Frames (credits) do not expire and are non-transferable
• You can cancel anytime from account settings
