Quick Start / Getting Started

Ship your first animation fast

1. Create your account. Sign up or sign back in at /auth/register. Your frame balance appears in the dashboard pill once you are authenticated.
2. Start a project. Visit /create and enter a scene prompt. You can upload a PNG/JPG/WEBP reference up to 10MB; AI first-frame generation costs 4 Frames, while a manual upload skips that spend.
3. Define the ending. Add an ending prompt or upload a manual last frame (same 10MB limit). AI last-frame generation costs 4 Frames.
4. Interpolate the video. Choose duration and resolution; Frame usage roughly equals FPS x seconds (8 FPS at 480p, 12 at 720p, 20 at 1080p). Renders land in your dashboard with download links; free plan items stay 30 days, paid plans keep them indefinitely.

Answers to common questions

Why can't I generate frames?

Ensure you are signed in with an active Supabase session and have enough frame balance for the step you are running.

Where are finished animations stored?

All renders live in your dashboard with download links. Free-plan files are retained for 30 days; paid plans keep them without expiry.

Can I upload my own first frame?

Yes. In the create flow pick "Upload first frame" and provide a PNG/JPG/WEBP up to 10MB. The file is encrypted in Supabase storage before generation.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open account settings from the dashboard and cancel anytime. You keep access until the current billing period ends.

Payments

How billing works

• Check out through Creem-hosted payment links from the pricing page; prices are listed in USD.
• Charges are collected at the start of each monthly period. Billing and card entry stay on Creem's checkout.
• After a successful payment we sync the subscription and credit your account with the plan's monthly Frames automatically.
• Need an invoice or receipt? Use the confirmation from Creem checkout or contact support@anivva.com.

Subscriptions

What each plan includes

• Monthly Frame grants: Basic 600, Pro 2,000, Studio 6,000. Top-ups land every billing cycle.
• Plan pricing: $10 (Basic), $29 (Pro), $79 (Studio) per month. Free plan is available for trials.
• Feature highlights: Basic unlocks downloads; Pro adds higher-quality exports, faster processing, and priority support; Studio includes bulk operations, advanced analytics, and dedicated support.
• Frames do not expire but are not transferable. Keep enough balance for first/last frame steps and video interpolation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal but leaves current access intact.

Refunds

How we handle refund requests

• Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law (see Terms).
• Cancel in account settings to prevent the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If you see an incorrect charge or duplicate billing, email support@anivva.com with your Creem receipt or subscription ID so we can review and adjust.
